Lean Product Development One-Day Workshop (ABB)
For the fourth workshop that is a part of the Transformation Series (which also includes Value Stream Mapping (VSM), 5S and MDI, Lean Leadership, and Lean Product Development workshops), we will cover the concepts of “Lean” and how they apply to the Product Development process. Anyone involved in the creation of new products or redesign of existing products could benefit from this class. The class will point out ways to improve the productivity of the process thus creating higher profits per manhour of design, more projects completed, greater satisfaction of customers and a more rewarding environment for the designers. Lean Product Development can help reduce Design Cycle times by 20% to 60% while giving the company a 10% to 50% increase in Gross Margins.
ABB Motors & Mechanical Inc., the leading marketer, designer, manufacturer, and service provider of industrial electric motors, generators, and mechanical power transmission products is graciously hosting these four workshops in their St. Louis training room and will offer onsite tours of the applicable areas following each session. If you sign up for the four-part series, a different course will be taught each month for four consecutive months, making it convenient, yet top of mind, for companies.
The Continuous Improvement Transformation Series Includes:
The individual Lean Product Development Workshop is $295 per person. Lunch is included.
