Our mission at Missouri Enterprise is to help manufacturers succeed. To do so effectively, we must provide measurable value in every engagement with every client with whom we interact. To do this, Missouri Enterprise needs YOUR feedback!
Each quarter, a group of Missouri Enterprise clients are surveyed by an independent third party as a means of measuring and recording how effective we are at providing that value. In addition, your response, when aggregated with our other clients’ completed surveys, enables us to identify areas in which we can improve.
A key part of this survey is a question that asks how likely, on a scale of 1 to 10, are you to recommend Missouri Enterprise. This question is on the NET PROMOTER SCORE system which means that 1-6 is a detractor; 7 and 8 are neutral; and 9 and 10 are promoters.
