South St. Louis Area Business Manager
With over 25 years of experience working in the St. Louis manufacturing sector, Brian is ready to assist other manufacturers in building and strengthening their organizations. He will be the Area Business Manager for the businesses located in the corridor between highways 64/40 and 44 from the Mississippi River to Wildwood. Brian is looking forward to working with the manufacturers to ensure that Missouri remains one of the top manufacturing locations in the country.
Brian entered the St. Louis manufacturing segment working for Industrial Engineering and Equipment Company (INDEECO). In fact, he worked with Missouri Enterprise on several successful projects and was an early believer in the benefits of working with our organization. After holding several positions in product management, sales and operations, Brian left manufacturing for the consulting world for a brief period. He later returned selling air handling and air rotation equipment for Arizona Companies and most recently was with Brasch Manufacturing as their Vice President selling electric heating equipment and gas detectors through independent representatives and distributors nationwide.
Sales and operations are at the heart of every manufacturing company. Brian has experience in both and uses it to help other manufacturers discover how to improve operations that allow sales to execute on the growth that is vital to the overall success of the company.
Brian obtained his undergraduate degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York and his law degree from George Washington University in the District of Columbia.
Brian is married with two daughters and lives in University City. While not a native of St. Louis, after 27 years he has become a big fan of all that the St. Louis area has to offer – sports, theatre and cultural events.
