Background and Education
Paul has worked in food safety, quality and regulatory compliance for more than 20 years. He has served as a Plant Quality Manager for Newly Weds Foods, oversaw plant sets at ConAgra foods, Director of Food Safety and Quality at Glanbia Nutritionals and Nature’s Bakery, Director of Corporate Compliance at Scoular and Director of Food Safety at Post Holdings.
Paul is a graduate of Lindenwood University with a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. He also holds graduate degrees from Lindenwood University in Business Administration (MBA), University of Maryland in Biological Sciences and Michigan State University in Global Food Law (MJ).
He has extensive experience in building out quality and food safety systems for large and small plants, as well as leading entire food safety, quality and regulatory compliance for entire companies.
Paul holds certifications as Lead Instructor for Preventive Controls Qualified Individual in both Human and Animal Nutrition. He also holds HACCP certification in meat and seafood. Paul is a BRC and SQF practitioner, as well as a Certified Quality Auditor (ASQ).
